Walden Media
Creative Direction | Web design
Walden Media (and Walden Pond Press) have an impressive body of work with films from Narnia to Ray to Wonder and the newly successful Manhunt series on Apple TV. It was now time for their website and digital presence to reflect the quality of work they produce. Walden embraced my suggestions for a digital overhaul which ultimately brought the company into a new era of online excellence.

celebrating the work
To celebrate Walden’s accomplishments, we created a sizzle reel that tells the story of Walden’s company pillars set against an adventurous tour through their film anthology.
Elevating digital presence
We set Walden above its competitors with a content-full UI and compelling frontend design/visual experience (using a WordPress backend and tethering to their WordPress admin interface they had grown accustomed to).
We executed a full redesign of the Walden website. One that features their full body of work, including their Pond Press publishing catalogue. A site that is visually appealing and easy to navigate with embedded playable links to trailers and other media associated with said projects.
It's now a space that one can engage with to learn more about the films, television and books that fans love, and to have access to where the works can be viewed and purchased.
SOcial Integration
Along with a full redesign, we implemented a new aspect of engagement through a live mirroring of all social media platforms integrated into their site to seamlessly view all feeds simultaneously for both Walden’s media arm as well as their publishing arm.
